This recipe struck my interest because it was billed as a cold remedy. I simplified it with what I had already and had time for (no grating).
Carrot Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 carrots chopped
- 1 apple pealed and chopped
- small/medium chunk of ginger root pealed and chopped
- about 1 cup water
Directions
- Place it all in a blender.
- Enjoy
