I have lost count of how many periodicals my parents read. Many paper newspapers and magazines and now more and more read on tablets and laptops. So every time I see them they have a bag of articles for me. Usually the whole section of The New York Times Dinning ends up in the bag. Recently I actually fully read one of the articles and discovered my new go to treat. Check out the article here.

It is vanilla ice cream, drizzled with olive oil, with a shake of salt on top. YUM! It satisfies my long love of the combination of salt and sweet.
