I am always looking for new things to do with rhubarb. I posted a recipe for rhubarb bread a while ago. I found a new recipe for rhubarb almond coffee cake. It is very similar to the bread, but has an added sugary, crunchy, nutty topping. I made little loafs that were perfect for an afternoon treat or a thank you gift.
