So the heavy cream from last weeks salmon recipe sat in my fridge for a little while. I know I know I should have made strawberry short cake with whip cream. But we made butter instead.

Just poured the heavy cream into a mason jar and started shaking. And shaking and shaking!

Once it becomes solid pour out the butter milk. And add a bit of water. Shake it gently to rinse. Pour out the water.
