tea2In my mad search for tiered plates for our tea party I found some beautiful ones on Etsy.  However they were too expensive.  So I decided to combine a couple ideas I saw and make my own.

  2. Place glue around the bottom edge of one of the candle sticks. Quickly place the small plate’s bottom side centered onto the bottom of the candle stick. Let dry for at least 5 minutes. This will be your top tier.
  3. While you wait for the top tier to dry. Place glue around the bottom edge of  the other candle sticks. Quickly place the medium size plate’s bottom side centered onto the bottom of the candle stick. Let dry for at least 5 minutes. This will be your middle tier.
  4. When both step 2 and 3 are dried. Take the medium sized plate and attached candle stick. Place glue around the top edge of the candle stick. Quickly center the candle stick on to the center top of the biggest plate. Let dry for at least 5 minutes. tplates4
